Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to avoid any last-minute stress. Participants typically lie down or sit in a comfy position during the session. Please dress comfortably and remember to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to lay on, as our sessions might be held on a firm surface.

Our standard sound bath group sessions typically last 50 minutes to an hour.
